KFB

The abbreviation KFB stands for “Knit Front Back” and refers to a popular increase method in which you knit the same stitch twice: once through the front loop and once through the back loop of the same stitch. Only after these two knits do you slip the stitch off the left needle. As a result, you get two new knit stitches from one original stitch.
