Needles and Materials: – Wollelfe Cashmere Merino 80/20 (100% merino wool, 100 g [3.5 oz] per 400 m [438 yds]); – knitting needles 2 mm US0 and 3 mm [US2.5] or other size to obtain gauge; – stitch markers, tapestry needle, stitch holder or piece of auxiliary yarn; – cable needle.
Gauge: 30 sts and 36 rows/rounds = 10×10 cm [4×4″] in stockinette stitch, using 3 mm [US2.5] needles, after blocking.
