Needles and Materials: – Wollelfe Cashmere Merino 80/20 (100% merino wool, 100 g 3.5 oz – 400 m 438 yds); – knitting needles 2 mm US0 and 3 mm US2.5 or other size to obtain gauge; – stitch markers, tapestry needle, stitch holder or piece of auxiliary yarn; – cable needle.
Gauge: 30 sts and 36 rows/rounds = 10×10 cm 4×4″, in stockinette stitch, using 3 mm US2.5 needles, after blocking.
